Your LRob hosting provider supports PHP 8.4
Native support for Plesk arrived on January 21st. This will have taken Plesk 2 months, which is longer than usual.
LRob has just been added to the LRob servers, making it available for your hosting services on January 24.
PHP 8.4 will be supported until January 1, 2029!
Is there anything I should do?
LRob webmastering customers
If you have a LRob webmastering offeryour site is already running under PHP 8.3, which will remain supported for another 3 years.
However, we like to stay very up-to-date, so we'll be updating to PHP 8.4 gradually over the next few weeks.
Hosting-only customers
If your site is hosted by LRob without webmastering, everything is ready for you to upgrade to PHP 8.4 in just a few clicks! Log into your Plesk administration panel, then select PHP 8.4 in your PHP settings.
Important notes:
- When upgrading to PHP 8.4, you need to reset the "error_reporting" value in PHP settings so that the "E_STRICT" value no longer appears (as it is no longer supported by PHP 8.4).
- After any PHP version change, be sure to check your logs for any errors.
If in doubt, please contact your support team.
If you don't update your PHP version, the general upgrade of all compatible sites to PHP 8.4 will take place in August 2025.
