With LRob, you can change your offer at any time.
To downgrade an offer, however, you need to make sure that the new offer you have chosen can hold your data. If in doubt, contact your LRob support team.
LRob offer change procedure
- Log in to your customer area on the LRob portal https://portail.lrob.fr/mon-compte/
- Go to "My subscription" and scroll down to "Upgrade and downgrade".
- Choose your new offer and click on "Change subscription".
- Click on "View basket
- Complete the order.
The subtotal is automatically prorated for days or months already paid and days or months remaining until the next renewal.
