2. Purpose and scope of application
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services offered by LRob, in particular web hosting services, monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as one-off à la carte or hourly-priced services. These terms and conditions are accessible at any time on the website [lrob.fr] and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
3. Service features
- Web hosting Includes file, PHP, MySQL and email hosting, in accordance with the space limits and quotas specified in the package.
- Nextcloud hosting Includes Nextcloud hosting with maintenance.
- Webmastering Website management and updating service, separate from hosting from September 1, 2024.
- Punctual Services : A la carte or hourly-priced services.
4. Orders and payment terms
- Controls Automated orders are placed exclusively online at portail.lrob.fr by credit card for recurring and one-off services. Services billed by hand accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
- Manual billing For services billed manually, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of issue. After this deadline, a late payment penalty of 14.76 % will be applied, as well as a fixed indemnity of €40 for collection costs. No discount will be granted for early payment.
5. Awards
Service prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT (article 259-1 of the French General Tax Code). The prices in force are those displayed at the time of the order on the website or those indicated on quotations and invoices.
6. Service delivery
- Delivery time Hosting services are delivered within a maximum of 48 working hours after validation of the order (usual delivery time: 4 working hours), with the exception of customized hosting services, which may take up to 15 calendar days. Website migrations are carried out within a maximum of 15 calendar days after receipt of access to the previous host (generally observed lead time: 3 calendar days).
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, individual customers have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of the order to cancel a service, except for one-off services already performed. In the event that a service cannot be provided, LRob reserves the right to grant a partial or total refund.
8. Warranties and liabilities
- Warranty LRob provides a guarantee of means, but no guarantee of results. In the event of a major breakdown, the maximum recovery time is 48 hours (GTR), with a response time (GTI) of 1 hour during working hours and 4 hours on call.
- Liability Despite various automated backups provided by the host, LRob accepts no responsibility for data retention. Backup of data (files, e-mails, databases) is the sole responsibility of the end user.
9. Termination of services
- Services via the online portal Cancellation: Cancellation is possible up to the point of renewal. In the event of payment failure and no response from the customer for 3 months, termination is automatic.
- Services on quotation and manual invoice Cancellation: Cancellation must be made at least 15 calendar days before the renewal date.
10. Limitation of liability
LRob is not responsible for service interruptions due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, hardware failure, or computer attacks. Domain names must be registered separately from hosting. LRob cannot be held responsible for the management of domain names.
11. Support and after-sales service
Technical support is available by telephone from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside these hours, an on-call service is available for emergencies. Email support is provided, but response is only guaranteed through the use of support tickets on portal.lrob.fr.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GCS, the amicable method of dispute resolution is preferred. If necessary, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of LRob's head office, i.e. the courts of Orléans.
Individuals, you can use the European platform for online dispute resolution (RLL).
13. Communication
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, LRob reserves the right to use general information that does not formally identify the customer, or to share public customer reviews left on pages and products by name for communication and promotional purposes.
